Blood blister

Ive had a pretty much permanent blood blister for the past couple of months, on the bone next to my big toe. It doesn't particularly hurt.

I've noticed it's turned into what looks like a blood blister on top of a blood blister. Has anyone ever had that and how should I treat it?

Not concerned about the cause, I know what that is.

Pop up to the doc and get it checked out.

I've had them a couple of times and have never gone to the doc. In my case the skin above eventually dies off and comes away and the dried blood underneath can be washed away revealing healthy new skin underneath. Everyone's different, though, so as sallieannie said, see the doc.

Don't they sell something like a bandaid you put on it and it fixes it? A friend who did the Camino walk in Spain told me about it.
