Played tennis then ran 5k

Played tennis with Gary S for over an hour, then shortly after that ran 5k. Was good, but feet swelled up more and they felt a tad uncomfortable especially the right one. Noticed the difference with more activity, just the feet taking a pounding, and really needed a good stretch after as well.

That's quite a bit of exercise for one day, well done! Are your laces to tight perhaps?

Thanks curly, but I usually make sure they're not too tight, will loosen them a tad more, and see how they go.

The shoes feel good most of the time usually, but it's been suggested I have a gait analysis done.
