Hi everyone, I just finished Week 5 day 3 and managed it on my first go. It looked intimidating, but they were right. It's entirely possible. Looking back, I think I found it easier than W1D1. The feeling of success is immense, and I know I can finish it all now. I've never managed anything like this, and I'm hugely proud of myself. I spent the last couple of weeks worrying about this one, and reading every post from everyone else who was worried about this one - and reading about those that made it and those that didn't.
I just wanted to write a note to anyone else who might be worried about it - don't be. You've earned your right to run that exercise, and the very fact that you've earned it means you can do it.

It's one of the best feelings anyone can have. You're not quite home and dry yet, but you know that whatever now lies in your way is just a temporary difficulty you are able to find some way of putting behind you. The one exception is certain injuries, so just be careful with the injuries, and don't go letting the end goal blind you to the bigger picture now. But here's hoping you just surge on through from here on, with none of that nonsense! Well done.
Very well done!! You thoroughly enjoy that feeling of success, it is absolutely immense! Thank you for your words of encouragement too, I have the same run in a few days too... Wish me luck
