I think if you got to the quiet section it might just make you permanently limp in a really weird way, but nobody would survive that long.

Very Jethro Tull
I couldn't run to this. I'd be all over the place and I'd probably hyperventilate at some point lol
And the recorder players fringe/lack of is disturbing. I really hope he grew it out as the rock did indeed progress.
Yes, they do have their little imperfections, I have to admit. And I very much doubt if anyone could run to this without having to visit the physio, the doctor, the chiropractor, and then maybe a herbalist for good measure, afterwards. So I'll have to run to Psychedelic Underground Trance or something, then.
Check out jogfm for music to run to, search for the bpm you need and genre and it will come up with a list of songs, all you'd have to do then is choose what you fancy and get it on your phone or ipod or whatever you're using.
that made me smile... I do have a couple of (italian) prog rock songs on my running playlist!
wow so not only advice on running but music too. Being a bit of a technophobe Ive not managed to do music yet ! I run clutching my phone and listening out for laura to say that's it you can walk now.
Hopefully I can add music at a later stage and im sure it will be motivational. Love jethro tull but definitely wouldn't run to it - Id just spiral off course.
