I've done it and feeling good as I could have done a little more . Don't know about running for 20mins on next run but will do it or give it a good try . Who would have thought it

Take it slow and easy - these non-interval C25K runs are ideal to "try" to listen to music ( or something) while you run -- anything to take your mind off the run itself.
...and remember to trust the programme - if you can do 5/2, you *can* do 5/3. Try and enjoy it!

I've just got back from run 2 and am buzzing. 8 minutes! Twice! It's a shame we can't connect up virtually to do run 3 together. Good luck with the 20 mins. Keep me updated!
