Slowing things down and having two days rest between runs to keep my knee happy. I don’t want to spoil how this programme makes me feel. Got fixated about running every other day which wasn’t good for my knee. At peace with every two days and only 4 runs to graduation. Can I recommend a REALLY uplifting running song to all. Mr Blue Skies - ELO. Can’t help but smile and

I was the same, I really enjoyed the rhythm of running every other day - up until week 5! Once the walking breaks stopped I found I had to take two rest days in between, otherwise my knees or hips would ache. Listen to your body and you will be fine
Great tune Joggingbottom! 😄I’m listening to a lot of 70s disco and 80’s at the moment. Don’t get me wrong, I like old rock and punk too but I just seem to be in the mood for cheesy tunes when I running just now. Loving Jive Talking by the Beegees. 😆Some would say not for the faint hearted (or worse) but I find myself singing out loud and not even caring quite often now! 😁🏃♀️🐢
