Slowing things down and having two days rest between runs to keep my knee happy. I don’t want to spoil how this programme makes me feel. Got fixated about running every other day which wasn’t good for my knee. At peace with every two days and only 4 runs to graduation. Can I recommend a REALLY uplifting running song to all.
