And we're done :) So happy and excited for myself that I've stuck to this. I started on 25th April so it took me just over 3 months to complete - more than 9 weeks, but I did it!

So now I need to decide what to do next! Ideas appreciated!

Congratulations - I hope you feel really proud of your achievement! Maybe consolidate for a while then start to experiment with distance, speed , some races, Parkrun, trail running etc. mix it up until you find what you enjoy.

Yes, I'm feeling consolidation is a good move. My main excitement is I'm moving to my own music from now on - yay!

Maybe I'll try that when I can do 5k (I'm currently at about 3.5km)

well done to you... mmmm next ..well what do you want to achieve next?

I want to achieve 5k which still seems a long way away! And (and this will sound really odd!) I want to maintain it all to the point where I can be one of those people who has some time to spare and thinks 'I'll go for a run, might as well'.

Doesn't sound odd at all perfectly understand... Sort of have it as an option without it dominating your life...
