So today I attempted my first run after over 7 weeks. I was extremely worried that id lost all of my fitness, but faith has been restored. Within those 7 weeks, I played football twice per week and I cycle 10 miles maybe twice per week. But still, it's not running and I genuinely thought I'd struggle a lot, I did struggle but I'm just so happy! Never again will i abandon my runs !
