First Post Grad Run

Thought you'd like to see where we ran tonight. Photo doesn't really do the lovely warm, sunny evening justice, but we didn't want to stop running to get a better shot! Managed just over 2 miles, off road, with our dog running off lead in circles round us, in our fastest time yet. A great start to the weekend 😊

Yes, I've just posted about it and I'm really enjoying it. Things have been a bit hectic here the last few days so I haven't been able to post, but I have been able to run. What do you say to a joint next goal in a couple of weeks to keep up the motivation?

Oh that sounds like a good idea! Will have a think about what that goal could be...time? Or distance? Needs to be challenging but achievable - you've got me thinking already!
