Did 5k running on the Riddlesdown Parkrun course. And typically I picked a hard course for me to do it. What with the horrible stony trail with elevations, the first time up that and I thought, Jesus! I have to get round and come up here again! don't think I'm gonna be able to do it! but with shere grit & determination I got through it all, slow, but so what, I ran for 5km
