Nearly there! First 30 minutes run last night round the park and covered 3.5k which is over 2 miles which somehow in my imperial measuring brain seems more of an achievement! I just ran 2 miles - amazing. I used to grumble if I had to walk 2 miles. Wheezing a bit by the end but it does seem to get marginally easier each time I do it so hopeful for the final 2 runs.
Another plus was I used the Park Run route and which is twice round the park and a bit extra and did just over one and half laps so I'm sure I'll get round the 5k with an extra 10 to 15 mins or so running. Something to aim for once I've graduated

Hi Claire. You are so very close to graduating now, must feel great! Are you thinking of doing Park Run when you graduate?
I do feel great !! I'm going to try and actually do 5k after I graduate just to see how long it takes me before I do a Park Run as I don't want to come last lol!
