New Shoes (as per tradition), Old Faithfuls (for AM)

I love my Asics! Not yet (touches wood, turns round three times and crosses fingers) had an injury so decided to order the same pair before the style (Cumulus Gel 16) went completely. My old shoes must've known because on Sunday part of the sole came away on them as they gave up the ghost. Sob!

So with sadness they are being retired to the old shoe rack in the sky.

Looking at the photos this morning I feel a fraud because my shoes don't look that worn! I have been running in them honest.

I'm off to try my bouncy new ones and hope that the Blister Fairy doesn't pay me a visit.

Basically yes! Everybody seems to post new trainer pics and she thought it would be good if we posted pics of our faithful friends so to speak.
