W9R3 at Bushey Parkrun

Will be doing my final run of the programme at Bushey Park on Saturday, will try and keep going for the full 5k, fingers crossed not legs, that I can get round without going into a walk..

Great way to finish and this Parkrun is nice and flat, just don't go with the crowd at the front!

Defo won't be going with the crowd at the front. My friend Gary S will be with me, he got me into c25k and has been out with me on many runs giving good advice..
