30 degrees Celsius here and I need to run uphill about 20 minutes to pick up a parcel that arrived for my partner. Hopefully he ordered something small or the route back will be just as taxing as the journey there.

Hopefully it was something small!!! That sounds like a tough run!!! I hope there was reward at the end for you - maybe an ice-cream or 2!

So? Did it tuen out to be a mule run? Or could you just stick the parcel down your running bra and hotfoot it home?

Ha! There's no way I can stuff anything extra in that running bra, no matter how small the parcel. It was thankfully light though. Run was way too hot.

Ah well. There's always the back of the running shorts :)
