Brilliant weather here in Brittany and I am off to W4 r3. R2 was a bit harder than R1 which was surprisingly easy and pleasant. Let's hope today is an easy one but I am SO determined that I'll survive it anyway. My idea is to become a regular runner. I recently lost a dear friend from cancer and this is how I started running. I feel alive when I run.

Don't we all !It's so life-affirming isn't it. If you can run then you feel more alive some how. Take care though, progress logically and steadily through the runs and all will be well
