W6R1 - Easy, did I do it wrong

I wasn’t expecting that. For the first time that actually felt easy and I was going quicker again. I’m sure it’ll get tough again but damn I enjoyed that.

👍🏻😂 well done Top Shot. I just completed the same run. Don’t know if “enjoyed” would be my choice of words 😂 but completed yes & no real struggle thanks to advice given prior. I embraced my inner 🐌🤣🤣

Nope, nothing wrong with that. It catches a lot of people out because they underestimate it so well done for avoiding that mistake.

Well done! I did the run yesterday and I found it more challenging than I expected. My conclusion now is that I didn't recover sufficiently after W5R3. I think it took it all out of me. (That's my story and I'm sticking with it!) 😃😃

Again well done for being so well prepared and enjoying it!

The way things have worked out with holidays and repeating runs when I had to I’ve arrived at a point where the R3’s are happening on a Monday after I’ve had 2 days rest. That seems to be working for me in a number of ways. I’m refreshed and ready for the longer runs and it seems to give me a boost for starting the next week.
