I did it....I am exhausted and sweating like a pig but I did it. I am so PROUD of myself... I just imagine what I could do if i was just one stone lighter let alone the 4 stone I want to lose.... maybe thats my next challenge at the end of 9 weeks. But for now to focus on my next 5 runs.... Thanks everyone for all your support and good luck to those still in the early weeks.....if I can do this anyone can. :D:D:D

Nowt wrong with sweating like a pig 😊 Sign of a good workout ☺ If you keep running and eating healthily then the weight will surely come off. Quite quickly too! More noticeably at first from your top and bottom 😊 You can literally run your ar*e off 😊

I have lost nearly five stones and have kept it off for 6 years come November. It can be done. Just stick to the task ☺

Have fun 😊

I'm happily running my ar*e off but I wish I could run my belly off too 😬

Not the only one. Clothes are getting looser but the scales are still defying me by refusing to go down at all.

To that end I have given up on weighing weekly and will only do it at the start of each month.

You will have to go downwards at some point scales, you will not defy me much longer. LOL

My scales are going down its just not shifting from the belly - everywhere but 😁😁. Clothes are getting baggy though - I've just realised I can actually take my jeans off without undoing the zip now 😀

I love how many times I hear/read that... "If I can do this, anyone can". I still didn't believe it the first time I saw that and then I started saying it too :-D This programme is just awesome isn't it? Well done and good luck with the next ones :)

Well done Jmiss just keep going through the program. You sound like you are doing great!!

As soon as you are able start slowly doing some hills. Hills don't half help flatten out those abs.

Make sure you are eating healthily and it will shift. These things don't happen overnight though. Stick with it and you'll get there. Courage mon brave!
