You were all right it does get better! And a good stretch after means no pain of any sort today!! Shocked!!!

No idea about the foreign language but I'm glad you have got through run 2 and feel good!

I felt silly stretching when I got home but now I just stretch and tell the kids they should be glad it's not yoga cause I'd have farted at least twice hahah

I had this once ! On the Green bar , my name and all the other headings were in something like Chinese writing !

I thought I was going mad , because I posted on here and no one else had it ha ha :-)

Its just us then :-)
