Beat the heat!

Wow loving this weather but it plays havoc with the running.

I commute a lot so cant always get out for an early morning run, struggled Monday evening with completing a 5 K. Had to stop and walk some of the way.

Working closer to home today, so managed a 6:30am run, so much better very warm with a lovely breeze out there.

That's better set me up for the day, be careful out there today peeps they are forecasting very high temps.X

Yeah it's better to go out very early or very late. I've been out there at gone 11.00 pm. Just near home though.

Far too hot to do much at all today, so I won't. LOL

Good for you for getting out. Very slowly does the trick methinks in this heat.
