Iv just done first run of my final week of the c25k plan.
I never thought in a million years I'd be running. I suffer from anxiety and panic attack and I did nothing in terms of exercise.
I want to give encouragement to people just starting on the plan. I found the first weeks difficult but if you follow the plan and don't worry ablution fast your going you can get there.
If I can so can you.
Iv learned so much in the past 2 months including the hazards such as dog poop, uneven pavements and driver carelessly backing off drive ways!
So have fun and enjoy the plan!
