Struggled today.

Still got out there and did it. First run and last run were tough.

Great to be out early, sun shining etc

If you're struggling then you might be going too fast. Slow things right down. This will give you more breathing space. The walks will give you time to recover ready to start jogging again.

Don't worry about it. Just do what comes naturally and you'll be fine. I can't stress though that you need to go slowly and steadily.

Have fun. Enjoy yourself. Half the trouble seems to be when folks start stressing and worrying. It's just a run/walk. No pressure.
