Hi everyone,
I have started Couch 2 5K thrice, but always failed to complete it after week 8... this time am determined to complete it..
anyone who is at the same level? maybe we could stay in touch and motivate each other

Hi Eesha... I did my week 2 Run 1 today.. I am planning to do my second run on Sunday.. good luck with your next run... take it easy and you will finish it this time.. cheers
