Couch to 5K

Wk3, Run 1 Done :)

I rolled straight out of bed and into my running gear this morning, not allowing myself to come up with any excuses, and I'm really glad that I did. I was nervous about hitting the 3 minute run mark but when it came to it I was almost disappointed when Laura said I had to run for 90 seconds before I could get into the 3 minutes.

To anyone else feeling nervous, don't be. Laura will help :)
