Good luck with your couch to 5k journey, everyone is really nice on here and it doesn't matter what question or problem you have there is at least one person to help out, I've had a few problems throughout my journey, and people on here has been very helpful, I just wish I was as helpful as everyone on here :)

Good luck and keep in touch with your journey,

Take care,

Hi Gecko,

I can't recommend this highly enough, I have just completed week 8 having lost nearly 2 stone and feeling so much more healthy, my husband has decide to start it as well. He also has high blood pressure and overweight but has now completed week 1 , he is feeling that great sense of achievement we have when we do this, the support you get on this forum is great. Keep going no matter how hard it feels the long term benefit outweighs the sort term pain . Good luck.

Making the decision to start is the biggest step - you're going to be grand! (There are many motivational e-cards about saying 'no matter how slow you go, you're still lapping everybody on the couch'. They're right)

Tomorrow brings hope and a new future.

It can't be underestimated just how life changing this programme can be. Take it easy out there and remember, it's not a race.....until the time comes when you want it to be.
