Congrates. I did my run today too. your right it's nicer inside than out in the heat.
Well done Fran ... You are doing great I am so impressed. I know it's hard to keep going at times especially in this heat.... Treadmill is a good idea at times. Look forward to our next run outside when it cools down slightly x
