Done with week 8!!! Did R3 last night and took a new route - thought it felt like a tough run only to find out I'd significantly upped my pace (from 7:34 to 7:21/km)!
I've just started running in a park with lots of other runners, obviously their eyes on me made me run faster!
Attempting my first park run tomorrow as W9R1 - cannot wait to cross an actual finish line
