Week 1Day 2

I did my second run today and feel pretty good. I'm very slow and it's a struggle to breath but I'm very excited about learning to run. I've never really played sport or put myself out there .

I feel like running will teach me to push myself and see what I can do.All the posts I've read on here have been supportive , makes it easier to talk to people who are doing the same thing.

  • Thank you,it's this kindness and support that made me want to join this group

  • I was exactly the same 5 weeks ago! Struggling to breathe after 60 seconds and here I am on wk5 doing 8 minute runs! I dont think I can run any slower but it doesnt matter how slow you are, its completing each task that counts. Keep going, you can do this!

  • Thanks for the encouragement, I really appreciate it
