I've done week 1 run 2 today, very proud of myself today, also doing 30 days to get stronger or something a long those lines! So done all my muscle exercises, been for a run, and only ate 436 kcals! I will get the outfit I want to wear without looking ridiculous! 👙. 😃. I'm a bit apprehensive about wk 2 with 30 seconds more running.

Well done for starting. That's the 1st hurdle done!
Just take it slow and steady and trust the programme. I think every other runner has felt that apprehension at times.

30 day Shred? It's good!!!!! After that there is Ripped in 30, which is a bit of a step up. Then there's No More Trouble Zones - my personal fave. A killer one of Jillian Michaels is Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. Sheesh! If you do that one you can hardly move the day after, let alone run! I generally leave them one alone
They do help enormously with fitness and keeping you in good shape for running. I noticeably firmed up and lost weight round my middle and bingo wings
We'll done Katie! I'm on week four and already I think my posture is better and my tummy trimmer! Plus I can all of a sudden hula hoop like a nutter! (Keep it up/get it back up a bit) .
