Wow that was tuff lol.......first two 5 mins were tuff .....but I slowed down and enjoyed run 3 ....I even sprinted the last 60 seconds.....have decided to slow right down and enjoy my runs and when I have graduated start to up my pace......😯 good luck with ya runs today folks 😄😄😄😄😄

well done Dawn, slow and steady are so the mantra here , you are doing great keep going
p.s I will going back to week 4 from next week on my way back from injury , looking forward to hearing Laura's wonderful voice and encouragement again
