Hi all, I am up with the lark again this morning, most unusual for me and scared it might become a habit! However, it is a beautiful morning and I am happy to say w7r2 done and dusted... It was tough though not sure why - do you guys think it might be the early hour (I know it's mid morning for some of you lol), do you always eat before you run (I had half a banana), missing my running buddy, or, is it just that it is supposed to be sort of tough so you improve. What ever the reason I did it and that's what matters and feeling fine . Wish you all a good day and if you have yet to run - enjoy it, it's lovely out there. Off now to eat the other half of my banana.
