Hi all, Ive just done week 3 run 2, I really didnt think i could run/ jog for 3 minutes but I did, and after reading everyones post I feel im not alone, and everybody has the same thoughts on the next run, just hope i can do week 4 run 1 as i have a feeling its going to be much harder.

Well done. Just keep plugging slowly away. Slowly, steadily, carefully and you'll finish in fine style. No hurry for this at all. It's all about finishing each session so don't be concerned at all about distance or time. Laura will get you round no bother
