Woo hoo! Graduated!! Felt amazing especially after a few "bumps in the road" and being far from a natural born runner! Great app without which I would not likely have a archived what I have. And the posts here really helped too! Anyone used the audio fuel podcasts? Are they good?

I have signed up to run the Race for life 5k at the end of June, so no stopping now! I need to run 5k (about half a K short!) and build on that. I have been challenged to do a half marathon, but like I have done from the start, one step at a time and will see where I end up! 😀
