Ahhhhh: W4r1 done feeling proud. Just had a peek... - Couch to 5K
Ahhhhh

Iv just done wk5 run 3. Iv been dreading this week but I was surprised how it went! I think this week is more of a mental hurdle rather than Physical! As long as you stick to the plan you will be fine. Good luck!

Relaaaax! Trust the program, trust yourself and you will be fine.
Me too! Got rest of Week 4 to do then tackling it head on, am sure we can both do it though.

You will be fine. If I can do it, so can you. Actually, you will surprise yourself and wonder what it was all about!

Everyone gets scared at week 5 run 3. Keep calm, take it a bit at a time and don't listen to the mental gremlins. Read some posts in week 5 to see how many people were scared and then how they felt when they did it. Good luck, and post to tell us when you've done it.

It does sound scary, but the thingis, you are ready! Look back at how far you have already come. Trust Laura. She has got you so far, she will see you through this. Just remember always to take things slow. Get ready too, to have the biggest smile ever at the end of the week once you havecometed that run 3!

Really well done on getting this far. The programme has prepared you for the next week so don't fret about it. You'll be ready for it.

I've just done w5r3 and I was amazed at how I did it. I was totally fine, I mean it was hard, I'm not very fit, but I did it. The only thing I would say was that my ankle hurts now, quite a lot, so no running for a couple of days and I'll probably do week 5 again. Just mentioning this because i think I might have been ok if I had worn ankle and/or knee supports. I will from now on. Good luck 😊

Thanks all r2 tonight onwards and upwards
