The dreaded week 5 run 3- 20 minutes non-stop??!!!!

Well here goes- feeling slightly sick at the thought of it but the legs are feeling strong now so hoping will be a case of mind over matter!!! Wish me luck 😳😳😳

I do wish you luck Hanfel, take run 3 of week 5 especially slowly, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself, good luck🏃🏾👍

O well done Hanfel, congratulations on completing that 20 minute run of week 5, I hope you are very proud of yourself, it wasn't all that dreadful, of it wasn't, now go and celebrate 🎉

I have just come back from what I and some others on this forum call a "5K Virtual parkrun" this morning was my 10th, they are ran at the same time as official parkruns which are not on just now because of Covid 19.

I have literally just finished this.... I can’t believe I actually did it. I set off in a less that positive attitude but just kept going. I hope you get on OK.

I found my stride and breathing suddenly became normal! Managed to run faster for the last minute too- was running so slow all was through could have walked faster 😂
