.... so even though I was feeling a bit under the weather, nothing too bad just feeling a bit bleuurgh if you know what I mean, I thought a quick circuit of the woods was in orber to blow the cobwebs away. It worked, feeling much better now, whether it was the run or the lovely location or both I know not, but feeling so much better.
