Nice run walk with Rico today. Made it very slow as he ambled along behind, stopping to sniff everything and generally just bimbling along. Averaged about 8mins per km which I found very slow but strangely enjoyable. Definitely one tired dog whereas I think I could go again. 7k total in 1 hour.
Happy running all.

I'm pleased you posted a photo, I did wonder why your son was stopping to sniff everything.
One of the things I find amazing about this site, is not just the support, but the fact so many Graduates stick about and continue to post. One of my posts this week had nothing but comments from Graduates, which is amazing.
Son called Rico LOL. It's short for Rico-chet as he was always bouncing off things as a pup. All the graduates who stick around are addicted to this site. I know I am as it is such a positive place to be. Good luck on your journey we all started with the first step and the C25K programme just keeps on giving
Awww I met Rico in Jan and he's a lovely dog. I grew up with retrievers and their personality is great. They always say they stay like puppies. Good news on your run it really sounds like your getting back into it again. That's great news. Happy running.
