I'll post the strava if I can. wifi isn't up to much here.
I google mapped a run along the beach path months ago and have been dying to do the run. In fact it turved out to be just about perfect. Fully paved except for about 50 yards where the path had been washed away, but still serviceable. no real hills, just a couple of inclines to test my patience. I must have met at least 20 runners doing the same route. 5k in 32 minutes. There is a longer run up to 4 miles if I choose and I'll probably try that next run. Just one problem of a lady with dogs at the end of the path. Had to wait to let her go. No way will I pass dogs twice. cool if you go 08:00 or 19:00, but people were running it all day.

I can't wait to run on holiday. I just need to book a holiday first . I am a bit of a last minute holiday booker so we will wait and see. Well done on the run though. Enjoy your holiday
I love these posts as its great to see all the new and exciting places people run. there is something truly special about running near the sea or any body of water! Enjoy your holiday and happy running
How exciting to run somewhere new and on your holidays. I'm off to Fuerteventura soon and have checked out Map my run to get some ideas for the best places to run - can't wait. (This really doesn't sound like me at all - there is obviously an interloper in my brain!!)
Hopefully there'll be a similar beach path. Just gotta get up early each day but that's not a bad idea anyway. Gonna try the longer 4 mile run tomorrow. It'll be the furthest I've ever run continuously, but it's such a nice run I've got to try. Hope fuertaventura is fun for you all.
