Ok so I am about to do W6R3 tomorrow and starting to this i can achieve this, however this got me thinking of how I will go about motivating myself after Laura is finished with me. Anybody any ideas about a longer term goal?

I use run double not laura but it still follows the couch to 5k. After I've finished there are options to increase distance or time so if / when I get there I'll just change to one of them

I'm following (and almost completed) thr Hal Higdon Novice 10k trainer. Really enjoying it. No podcast to follow but there is a day by day training plan which I find motivational.

I did a couple weeks of consolidation and then moved on to training for 10k by just increasing one run a week by 10%. To be honest I had started running without Laura before the end of the program as I was running on country lanes so needed to be able to hear any cars sneaking up behind me so the transition wasn't so difficult.
