Well hello C25k ers. Been a while but been busy. It's getting lighter now and warmer so have to dedicate some time to pinny now as well (that's my pinarello road bike) but I've been out tonight pounded the streets of North Yorkshire and good old forest is back chasing tigers again. Did 10K and smashed my personal records for 5K and 10k so I'm well chuffed. Off to Kielder this weekend so the good old giant mountain bike and the trail runs are gonna get pounded. Followed by a hot tub evening. Ummmmmm so keep up the good work and let's see some more grads J

Nicely done!! Do you think the warmer weather is helping you? I've found that as it's cooling down here (on the other side of the world) the cooler weather is helping me go a bit faster! I just wondered if perhaps, the opposite weather was helping you in some way. Enjoy the hot tub! I don't think there's anything better after a run than pulling off the compression leggings and getting into a steaming hot shower, myself!
Cheers Kel. The warmer weather is keeping my muscles warm so that helps but I do sweat more I find. I just think I'm getting better as the training goes on. How's your running coming on?
Cheers no excuse I'm aiming to be like you and jj one day hopefully. It just takes longer moving this battleship about 6'4" and 15 stone !!!! I'm not quite a nibble bee unfortunately lol
