I am being very good, no running as instructed.
But I'm so frustrated not being able to get out.
I took a short 10 minute walk today and stuggled with it. It is such hard work walking with a limp.
Patience is obviously not my strong point.

Not a lot that can be said to console you.
I had two weeks on the IC with a knee issue (caused by wonky hips) back in week 3. My knees have been A-OK since then. You do just have to be patient!
Oh that damned IC we all hate it I occupied it with a calf strain for about 7 days, drove me nuts. Patience is the only way to go, and have comfort in knowing lots of us have shuffled along and off it on a regular basis. You'll be be soon
I feel for you - I have just pulled a hamstring which means no running for 3-4 weeks. Arghhhhh. Hope you get better soon.
Poor you. Hang on in there, the wait's worth it to get back in those trainers.
I feel for you - am off the road getting over the worst chest infection type thing I have ever had...climbing the walls...and I have a shiny brand new pair of Asics trying their best to lure me out the door....
Thank you for all your kind words. So encouraging.
