Hi all, I am now attempting to complete the programme for the third time. Various things stopped me before but I feel really positive this time. Just done week 3 run 1 without too much difficulty. I find the comments on these forums so encouraging so thanks to everyone who shares their experiences - when you are in the early stages it really helps to know that all ages / shapes / fitness levels seem to succeed with Laura's help. maybe this time I will too! Wish me luck

You can do it Jane! Post at the end of each week, that way it helps to keep you on track and get support if you need it.

Good luck!

Good luck to you this time!!! I read some of your old posts and had to laugh at the one about trying to run with your dogs! I do run with my dog and know all too well the feeling of being dragged off to the side to go after a rabbit or squirrel! Heehee

It's the perfect time of year to start this so good for you for trying again. Keep posting and you'll gets lots of encouragement and take it slowly. Only you can decide whether to stick to it this time. You don't really want to stop for the fourth time do you?

Hi, I wanted to come back to you because your comment really struck home when you said "you don't really want to stop for the fourth time do you?" It's stayed with me because the answer is NO! I did W4R1 this morning and I haven't given up. I am further on than ever and determined to succeed. Thank you for saying what you did. It's not the only thing that's kept me going but it has helped.

Absolutely brilliant! Well done to you. Just keep taking one run at a time and keep it nice and slow and you'll be fine. Thank you for coming back to me and letting me know how you got on.
