I wrote a blog this morning and then deleted it; just too long and too much information, (it's been an awful four weeks) but all I really wanted to say is that I can run again and this has made me very, very happy
Thank you to those who suggested that I should rest. It also seems that my fitness level has not dwindled away because I can run without struggling, even after a four week break.
Hip hip hooray!!

Excellent news Teressa, missed reading your running blogs,
Jane and i had a lovely run along the seafront tonight, it was surprising how many other runners were out. It was chilly but the wind off the sea was not to strong, easier to run than back in the heatwave- if you can remember that week!!
Take it easy and build yourself back up slowly, you will be fine,
Happy you're back and feeling so much better. I've enjoyed reading your blogs and look forward to more when you've got time – will be interesting to hear your take on coming back after an injury. Happy running!
Welcome back! It must have been a great relief that you haven't lost your stamina with time out? Whatever your problems we are here and wish you well. Hope you continue to recover well.
Do you live in Poole by any chance? I run in Hamworthy park by the sea-lovely place
That's wonderful news TJ.... it must have been agonising having to just sit back and not do anything - it would have made me horrible to live with!!! It's also wonderful to know that the fitness is still there - fantastic news. Good luck with the progress, Sara
