Now I can get my life back on track.

I wrote a blog this morning and then deleted it; just too long and too much information, (it's been an awful four weeks) but all I really wanted to say is that I can run again and this has made me very, very happy :D

Thank you to those who suggested that I should rest. It also seems that my fitness level has not dwindled away because I can run without struggling, even after a four week break.

Hip hip hooray!!

Patience is a virtue, despite the frustrations of not being able to run you have made it back. WELL DONE.

Now slowly build things back up to where you were, but don't go mad just yet. You will get there. HAPPY & SMILING again.

Excellent news Teressa, missed reading your running blogs,

Jane and i had a lovely run along the seafront tonight, it was surprising how many other runners were out. It was chilly but the wind off the sea was not to strong, easier to run than back in the heatwave- if you can remember that week!!

Take it easy and build yourself back up slowly, you will be fine,

Oh how I miss the sea front! Glad you're still at it :) I promise to build up slowly!

Welcome back! It must have been a great relief that you haven't lost your stamina with time out? Whatever your problems we are here and wish you well. Hope you continue to recover well.

Do you live in Poole by any chance? I run in Hamworthy park by the sea-lovely place :-)

That's wonderful news TJ.... it must have been agonising having to just sit back and not do anything - it would have made me horrible to live with!!! It's also wonderful to know that the fitness is still there - fantastic news. Good luck with the progress, Sara :-)
