I am back in Honolulu after a week cruising the beautiful Hawaiaan islands. It's a tough life but somebody has to do it!😄
Over the past 10 days since we left home, I have managed to get in 5 runs. 2x30 mins on the ships treadmills and 3x30 minute outside runs in Honolulu and Kaui. I can feel the eating and drinking dragging me down though even though I have kept it to a minimum. My next runs will be in the dry atmosphere conditions of the Californian desert. I have seen a 5k funrun in Palm Springs which would be interesting to do if I can get there.

Well done for carrying on and getting out there (or at least on a treadmill...). Are you trying to set some kind of record for the number of different locations you have run in?!

Good for you Bazza and running whilst travelling is fun. I ran in California the other week across Santa Monica beach but when we headed over to Vegas it was too hot for me so retreated to the treadmill. Never been to Honolulu but cruise often. Enjoy the rest of your break and keep up the good work
