Week 7 is tough both mentally and physically, as there is no hiding from those continuous running periods. I am sure you are making progress, even if it doesn't feel like it. Do keep going!

Just take it steady and don't be worried if you have to take an extra rest day between runs to give your knees a bit longer to recover. Better that than the dreaded injury couch!
