Nothing wrong with repeating, but how do you know you are not ready until you try?
Not completing a run is not a failure, it just means you have found a level for your current fitness level.

Hi I completed week 7 on Friday and struggled with every run. I did manage to complete each run and just like you thought I would never be able to run for 28 minutes. Well this morning I did just that, I ran all of it and felt great. I found week 7 the toughest apart from wk1 run 1. I think I felt over confident and was trying to run it too fast. Today just took it slow like I had on previous weeks and wow I did it. Have a go at the 28 mins you may surprise yourself. Good luck

I was just going to say give it a go and I see you are already ready! Just go really slowly and trust the programme. You can do it and if you want to take a bit longer that's totally fine. You are doing brilliantly!
