W4R1 - get in!!

So, after 2 weeks of Easter gorging, with trepidation, today I got up at 5.30 am to embark on W4R1, taking the dog for moral support. 5000 wees later (the dog, not me), I started off feeling like a gazelle but at the end of the first 5 minutes felt more like a lame wildebeest. Still, got the job done & had great sense of satisfaction (& relief). I've also just signed up for a beginners running course at a local running club, so no going back now...

Hi Emzylou104, yes I am very lucky where we live as there are lovely off road running trails which definitely helps to inspire to get off the couch/out of bed :)
