So a week ago I was suffering with a painful hip about 2 hours after a run, I was just about to do week 5 run 3 but having spoken to a physio I thought I'd use my weeks holiday at the seaside as a break from running, much to my dismay (never thought I'd say that!). I've missed it so much and feel like I've put on about half a stone (fish and chips etc and no running 😫)
I've got a doctors appointment on Monday to discuss it so going to go back to week 4 for now and go slooooooowly and see what happens, I need to do a run before seeing the doc so I can point to the pain.
