Started C25K a year ago today. Celebrated with a hot 5K in 34 mins. Not too bad as I'm still under the physio as it were.

Triplets! It's mine too, but it was a rest day, so I didn't post. I did the anniversary run an hour ago, but the "Day of the longest minutes" was 15th April last year. Here's to Laura and all of you guys!!!!!

Thanks Zev apparently he had an unexpected fall in the river yesterday which didn't go well. A retriever who hates water he looked very sorry for himself when i saw him

My friend's brother has an Akita that hates water At the edge of water his feet are firmly glued to the ground, and no amount of coaxing, pushing or tugging will persuade him into it
