At Bazza's suggestion of getting photis of real people running I did so today after my first 28 minute run. I was feeling elated. Not sure why I look so serious. 3.57km at a pace of 7.56. Not exactly speedy but longer distance at better pace. Having not run for 40 years , having never been fit, I am on schedule for getting fit before my 60th birthday. I love the plan -it works even for someone like me who hates gyms and sport.

Great picture Lizieo. Not long to go 'till you graduate, so don't worry about the speed the time is great! Enjoy your remaining C25K runs and we look forward to reading your graduation post. :-)
