You're lucky I had a chest infection when I ran my first one! I was heaving with sweat, red faced and literally bent over trying to catch my breath! So you look positively wonderful compared to mine! 😄 happy running!

Times are academic....but what was your first PR and what was Saturday's? Just curious.

PS. I am VERY impressed. Yet do do my first PR....but not run for ages anyway due to verrucas!! OOOOOUUUUUCCCCHHHHH....the bike is getting some use though.
